Activating Paymenex Prepaid or Gift Card
Paymenex prepaid or gift card can be activated by the issuer or following the activation instruction provided by the issuer  as a guide to help customers activate their Paymenex card online or at a Paymenex Agent location.

Depending on value of your prepaid or gift card, personal information may be required before you can activate your card. Activation can be done online and or in store. Your Issuer will provide you further information on processes. 

Activating Paymenex D-Voucher
Paymenex D-Voucher  is activated in store during purchase or automatically activated when purchased online.  No credit check, No personal information, Comes in a printed receipt or plastic/paper card if purchased in store, and if purchased online, this can be delivered by email, SMS or other methods used by the acquirer.

Activating Paymenex Bill Presentment & Payment
Bill presentment and payment card or BPP card is only activated during issue by the billing service providers. it may not be available in store or purchased online.

Activating Paymenex Money Business Services (MSB) Card;  MSB Card is activated during issue by the money transfer agent, and can be available for purchase in store or online. proof of personal information is required for MSB card.
