Paymenex does not issue cards. Paymenex Cards and D-Voucher are issued by Paymenex members with valid Paymenex Issuer Identification Number (PIIN). The PIIN support the identification of each card issuer on Paymenex TransNET during transaction. Prospective acquirers must be approved or licensed by the financial regulatory authority in their home country to hold values electronically.
