Report a Fraud

Please be aware that Paymenex is not involved in e-mails or telephone calls asking customers to reveal their Webkey, PIN or other sensitive information – this is fraudulent activity by criminals. If you are in doubt, login to your card account and contact us using the internal support ticket.

Paymenex will never e-mail or telephone cardholders to ask for their account login details.
We would remind cardholders that they should never provide their account login details in response to unsolicited communications claiming to be from Paymenex or any Paymenex member.

Have you noticed a transaction in your account that you do not recognize or authorize?  Paymenex follows a strict and secure technique to verify and authenticate cardholders. If you cannot recognize the name that appears on your statement.

What you should do...
If you receive an e-mail claiming to come from Paymenex or any Paymenex member, requesting your account details, do not provide the details. And if you do not recognize the transaction that appears on your statement, contact your card-issuer and report the situation. You can also Report the fraud directly to Paymenex by completing submitting following form.
