Paymenex™ TransNET is an open membership interchange network opened to financial institutions, service providers and organisations that meets the general criteria and accept Paymenex™ terms and conditions of service to issue and process transactions made with Paymenex card or D-Voucher.

Paymenex do not issue or process paymenex cards and D-Vouchers, the membership privileges relating to type of membership permits members to offer such services to their customers.

Type of Membership
Paymenex currently maintain three types of membership with different operation privileges managed in each country by a Paymenex Regional Administrator (PRA).
 
Paymenex Acquirer
This type of membership is managed by the PRA and gives the privileges to issue merchant account numbers, acquirer, process and settle transactions on Paymenex TransNET interchange.  

Paymenex Issuer
This type of membership is managed by the PRA and gives the privilege to issue and manage range of paymenex cards and D-vouchers for service providers. qualified members may wish to enrol for a combined privileges of the Paymenex Acquirer and Paymenex Issuer which extend their operations to offering issuing and acquiring services to their customers.

Paymenex Agent
This type of membership is managed by Paymenex Acquirer or Issuer and gives the reseller privileges to a range of Paymenex Card and D-Voucher services and solutions offered by their managers. Agent applications are made directly to the related acquirer or issuer.

Application to Join Paymenex™ is made directly online through the Paymenex™ Application Center on the Paymenex dedicated website.
